What We Work From
The architect's renders, the floor plans, the finishes schedule, the amenities list and the project's brand guidelines. For a building that is already finished, photos of the residences and shared spaces can be used as well.
Who The Film Is For
We agree which buyers the film is speaking to before we write it. A film for local owner-occupiers, for investors or for buyers overseas will open differently and give weight to different things.
One Day In The Project
Our development films usually follow a day in the building, from morning in the residence to the pool, the gym and the gardens, so the amenities are shown in use rather than listed.
Versions And Delivery
The film is finished as a graded master with cutdowns for social, and we can cut versions for each market the project is sold in.
